Louisa is the reason no one can lose weight. The aroma of her shortbread biscuits, baked on a Monday afternoon, permeates the office and influences when meetings are scheduled. Her gentle hand nourishes our daily coming together around the lunch table – a pause in our day that very much shapes who we are as a team. Her care, from providing each of us with our special dish, to ensuring that our surroundings are kept beautiful speaks of the kind of service that a mother gives – an unspoken welcome and care into our everyday.

Louisa is devoted to her family and has two daughters and a granddaughter.
